Dr. Rebecca L. Pounds is a 2004 graduate of the University of Maryland's historic Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Dr. Pounds received her undergraduate degree from the Robert E. Cook Honors College at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After Dental School, Dr. Pounds moved to Pittsburgh to complete a General Practice Residency at Pittsburgh's Allegheny General Hospital.
